Overall, they are pretty good. Although like most banks, you can get the feeling of a second rate customer if you don't have significant money invested in their bank. I have definitely noticed that as my bank balance has grown, so has the overall customer service. Maybe I shouldn't be so surprised that there is an inequity of service, at least I am on the better side of things now.
